Bamia – Okra and Meat Stew


  • 1 Pound – Beef (preferably on bones)
  • 1 – Onion (chopped)
  • 18-24 – Okra Pods
  • 1 Can – Tomato Paste
  • 3 Tbsp. – Oil
  • 1 tsp. – Dill

White Rice (as a side)
