Jabchae ( Stir Fried Sweet Potato Noodles)


Ingredients/Recipe

  • 1 pkg. (340g) – Sweet Potato Noodles (Assi Brand)
  • 700g – Meat (beef, chicken, pork, or turkey)
  • 500g – Mushrooms (white or brown)
  • 6 – Carrots (medium size)
  • 4 – Onions (medium size)
  • 3 Bunches – Spinach
  • 2-3 TBSP – Soy Sauce
  • 5 tsp – Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp – Black Pepper
  • 5 tsp – Salt
  • 3 tsp – Cooking Oil
  • 2 tsp – Lemon Juice (optional)
  • 1 TBSP – Sesame Seeds (optional)

*** 2 large pots (5L) required for this meal preparation
