Ingredients/Recipe

FRESH FISH ( tilapia preferable )
RED OIL or PALM TREE OIL (2oz or 75 ml )
1 ONION CHOPPED
2 GARLIC CHOPPED
1 or 2 BAY LEAF
1 TOMATOE
1 TSP SALT
1 EGGPLANT
4 or 5 OKRA
WHOLE SPINACH
WATER
COOKING TIME: 30 minutes
