Jamaican Brown Stew Chicken

Ingredients/Recipe

  • 1 – Stewing Chicken
  • 1 – Onion
  • 2 – Scallions
  • 1 – Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 – Scotch Bonnet Pepper
  • 3 Cloves – Garlic
  • 3 Stalks – Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. – Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. – All Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. – Browning (Caramelized Sugar)
  • 5 Tbsp. – Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. – Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. – Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. – Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. – Salt
  • 5 Tbsp. – Oil
  • Water / Chicken Stock)
  • Cornstarch (to thicken)

  • Water
  • Salt
